Information you send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive what you provide — such as your department or agency name, your name, email address, phone number (if you include one), and the details of your message.
Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes standard request data — such as IP address and browser type — to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers on it.

To respond to your inquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to provide grant-consulting services.

What we do not do

Our client platform

Departments that become clients use a separate, secure client portal at app.lifelinegrants.com to manage their grant work. That system is access-controlled and is covered by the terms and privacy practices provided to clients directly — this policy covers the public marketing website only.

Data retention

We keep the information you send only as long as needed to respond to you and provide requested services, and as required for ordinary business and legal purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@lifelinegrants.com and we'll help.

Security

This site is served over encrypted HTTPS with modern security protections. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

This website is intended for public-safety agencies and the adults who represent them. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
